top-class design made in gdr at top-class auction. a find at tajan, paris in her current design-auction. the lot 326 shows a pair of rare lounge chairs designed by rudolf horn, but unfortunately with a false attribution. [chromed steel/leather upholstery, h. 71cm]

a rare early piece of this outstanding personality. rudolf horn is more known for his work for the deutsche werkstätten hellerau and his mentorship of generations of designers as professor at the burg giebichenstein.
