brigitte bundtzen – vase | glaswerk doebern | 1966
i was facinated by this massive free formed shape of glass blown by mouth. this vase was one of my first piece i have bought. later when i realized what a rarity it was to get this vase, i decided to collect more fine east german design. a higher but slighter version was shown at the exhibition industrieform in 1967. [purple colored glass with clear overlay, h. 14 cm]
